1. Who we are
BetterLifeApp.ai is operated by Manantia.AI, a division of Magnetherm Inc., Menifee, California, delivering the coaching of Randal Smalls, The BetterLife Coach, through the app at https://betterlifeapp.ai. Contact: info@manantia.ai · (951) 220-8780.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: name, email, mobile number, and what you write in the app - your conversations with your coach, your course pages, assignments and meeting notes. Information collected automatically: standard website analytics (pages visited, device and browser type).
3. How we use it
To run the app and coach you - your coach remembers your conversations so it can pick up where you left off - to respond to you, to send the communications you opted in to, and to improve the service. Your conversations are private to you and the coaching team; they are kept so your coach remembers you and are deleted completely whenever you ask.
4. SMS / text messaging
If you opt in by submitting the form at https://betterlifeapp.ai/sms-opt-in and checking the consent box, BetterLifeApp.ai will send you coaching and account text messages: sign-in links and account updates, your daily assignment from your coach (which you can mark done by reply), encouragement and reminders on the coaching steps you are working through, and mastermind and group teaching prompts and meeting reminders. This program contains no marketing or promotional messages. You may reply to talk with your coach; those replies are part of your private coaching conversation.
- Opt-in: SMS consent is given only by submitting the opt-in form and checking the consent box. Giving us your number for any other reason does not by itself enroll you in SMS. Consent is recorded with a timestamp and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
- Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out and help: Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
- No third-party sharing: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, AI model providers that process conversations under contract, messaging delivery, email), only for that purpose; or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We keep your information as long as you have an account with us and as long as needed to meet legal record-keeping requirements, including SMS consent records. You can ask us to delete your conversations at any time; clearing your conversations keeps you on the update list, and leaving the list keeps your coach's memory - two separate switches.
7. Your choices
Reply STOP to end texts. Email info@manantia.ai to access, correct, or delete your information.
8. Children
The app is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always at https://betterlifeapp.ai/privacy-policy.
