BetterLifeApp.ai SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program name and sponsor

BetterLifeApp.ai Text Updates is operated by Manantia.AI, a division of Magnetherm Inc., Menifee, California ("BetterLifeApp.ai," "we"), the builder and operator of the BetterLifeApp.ai coaching app at https://betterlifeapp.ai, delivering the coaching of Randal Smalls, The BetterLife Coach.

2. Program description

Subscribers receive recurring coaching and account text messages from BetterLifeApp.ai: sign-in links and account updates; the daily assignment their coach gave them in the app, which they can mark done by reply; encouragement and reminders on the coaching steps they are working through; and mastermind and group teaching prompts and meeting reminders. Subscribers may reply to any message and their coach will answer (two-way conversational messaging). This program contains no marketing or promotional messages; any future offers program will have its own separate opt-in. All messages come from BetterLifeApp.ai only. We do not send messages on behalf of third parties.

3. Opt-in

You opt in by submitting the form at https://betterlifeapp.ai/sms-opt-in, entering your mobile number and checking the unchecked consent box that reads: "I agree to receive recurring coaching and account text messages from BetterLifeApp.ai at the mobile number provided: sign-in links and account updates, my daily assignment from my coach (which I can mark done by reply), encouragement and reminders on the coaching steps I am working through, and mastermind and group teaching prompts and meeting reminders. I may reply to talk with my coach. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the app. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."

Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or of using the app. Each opt-in is recorded with a timestamp, the consent text shown, and the page it came from.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Expect one to two messages a day (your word each morning, and your assignment or a reminder when there is one), plus replies when you message your coach.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details of your plan.

6. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages from this number. To rejoin, use the form at https://betterlifeapp.ai/sms-opt-in again.

8. Supported carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy
